These plans exist primarily for websites we build or re-design, however, we welcome clients who are looking for a long-term relationship with our services.
We would first assess your website to become familiar with it—see how it was built and inspect for any potential issues. With the assessment, we will update all of your software and make a full backup. We will create a list of issues to fix and make suggestions for improvements in order to proceed with the website on a monthly plan. Because we didn't create your website, there is a required fee for the assessment we will conduct.
The purpose of our website plans is for preventative care. We implement everything we can to prevent any of these things from happening. However, if your website goes down, breaks, or is hacked, we'll be there to fix what's broken, whether it be communicating with the web host or fixing it ourselves.
While we can't promise your website won't ever have a problem, we can promise that we'll do everything we can to prevent these things from happening. Regardless of what happens, we'll do whatever it takes to get it running as normal again as soon as possible.
No, the monthly time is there for you each month to reserve your place in our queue. Depending on your plan, your monthly allotted time will be serviced as soon as possible.
Good question! Content updates and small design improvements are the most common requests, however, anything else is accepted. However, requests for new features to your website involving a new plugin or a more time and talent-consumed design will likely result in a separate quote, as those usually exceed the monthly allotted time.
If you have a task that requires more than your allotted monthly time, we will provide a quote for you that is separate from your plan. For work that exceeds your allotted time, with your approval, we'll work past that time and bill for the time exceeded at our current rate.
We can also come up with a custom plan for more hours of updates if that is what is needed.
Your Credit Card account will be charged automatically at the start of each month. Once payment is complete you'll be emailed a receipt.
You can cancel at any time. Just let us know by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Services can remain in place up until the end of the month that you last paid for. Payment is final, we do not provide full or partial refunds upon cancellation. You will not be billed for the following month.
